sandcast solid brass belt

This belt is made from thick cow veg tan leather. Veg tanning is one of the oldest methods of tanning and uses tree bank.

This tanning process is highly skilled, time consuming and expensive and makes up a small percentage of leather produced. Veg tan leather will develop over use, with a unique a patina to match the users touch. the oils from skin will patina the leather to develop from a light tan to a dark brown. 33mm wide, solid brass belt sand cast from recycled brass screws.

Each buckle and keeper is cast in it's own single sand mould, so no two belts can be the same Made to your custom size.
