FAQ

What is my ring size?

I am happy to size you at my studio in brunswick, or post out a ring size kit, also your local jewellery will size you free, just takes a few minutes.

Can my ring be resized?

Rings without stones lab grown heat resistant stones, diamonds, rubies or sapphires can be resized by me.

If you are unsure of the size you need, please send me an email and I can post you out a sizing kit. My current price range for sizing is between $50-300 depending on labor involved.

I have a jewellery I'd like re-designed.

I can redesign existing jewellery, but cannot guarantee the integrity of stones. The process of removing and resetting stones is stressful for stones, which can sometimes damage in the process.

I need an item by a certain date?

If you need something by a certain date like a birthday, or if it's sooner than I've stated on my website, just let me know so i can do my best to accommodate. I can do my best to have it for you in time.  Bonus prize is just a single person business, so if i get sick or something it can delay time frames, so it's best to know so i can make arrangements.

Is afterpay available?

Afterpay right now is only available within Australia and between Australia and New Zealand.

Can I do a part payment?

Just contact me about it and we can work it out.

How’s my order going?

As most of my jewellery is made to order (unless bought from the ready made section) I suggest enquiring about the progress of a piece once the estimated time frame (stated on each items product page) is close to elapsing. If you are curious and excited before then you can assume it’s in the middle stages of being complete. The time frames provided are estimates, sometimes they do go over the time suggested, just ask me for an update if it does.

Can I come and try on some jewellery or talk over a custom piece?

I have a studio and display consultations space in Brunswick Melbourne, just send me an email letting me know you want to come by and we'll organise a time. There's no pressure in coming by and it's always nice for me to meet people interested in my jewellery and work.

Can I use stones I’ve bought online?

I’m open to talking about using clients stones, but will do so for sentimental stones, or recycled stones. Clients sometimes come to me with stones they have bought online, and they are often not genuine stones or are cut so badly they require extra labour to set level in the Jewellery. There will be additional charges for using clients stones to cover labour costs
